Commissioning a custom piece of furniture can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. Work with me to produce a piece you’ll love. Big or small, here is what the process looks like:
Ideas
To appreciate what you’re looking for, I need to understand how you would like to use the piece, what your ideas are, your budget, and timeline expectations. Photos of the space where the piece will sit and reference images that build your vision are important for establishing the character of the piece.
Design
I take your ideas and craft them into something tangible. We’ll look at different design possibilities and I’ll provide an estimate of costs. When you chose a design I ask for a deposit and establish a payment schedule depending on the scale of the project.
Build
It’s time to bring the vision to life! I will provide updates and photos from the workshop as the project progresses. Get excited!
